More Images from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site blueprints for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.

Additionally featured in this new document release is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.

The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had formulated development schemes to transform the substantial island by building residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, noted on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and contains a notes section detailing various sections of the land.

In addition to this are what appear to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, including designs for marina coverings.

More materials disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative process.
